The Donaldson-Bannister Farm is located on 2.89 acres at the intersection of Chamblee-Dunwoody and Vermack roads. The circa 1870 house is listed on both the Georgia and the National Register of Historic Places. The home and the barn have been totally rehabilitated with modern modifications for comfort and ADA accessibility.

Come take a stroll around the grounds that are lush with ornamentals and hardwoods; relax with a picnic in the meadow; or enjoy a spot of tranquility on one of the benches surrounding the fountain. The Donaldson-Bannister Farm is a City of Dunwoody park and Dunwoody Preservation Trust (DPT) has a usage agreement with the city to manage the property.

The Farm is now officially open with the grounds accessible daily from sunrise to sunset. The house is open by appointment and can be booked for events such as weddings, corporate events, parties, religious celebrations, holiday parties, reunions, retreats and meetings of all kinds.

The Main House has the seating capacity of 50-60 and has several rooms that can easily be transformed into meeting rooms, with one (1) main meeting room or several smaller breakout meeting areas. There is a lovely outdoor space including a side porch, an arbor and a flowing fountain immediately adjacent to the Main House. Adjacent to the front porch of the main house, there are other outdoor spaces available including a flowing meadow. The outside property can accommodate 200+ and may be booked for private events. Parking and shuttle arrangements are available for large events.
