A Chef's Table & Demonstration Cooking & Wine Experience

Why cook on Sunday night when you can watch, learn and savor while our skillful, charismatic Chef entertains you with the preparation of a delectable multi-course meal? Discover fresh new flavors, recipes and kitchen techniques all from the comfort of your front row seat while enjoying a glass of wine paired to perfection by your own personal sommelier. 

Join us for an intimate and exclusive educational Chef’s Table experience in our open demonstration kitchen, which allows you to watch as each course is created, plated and presented for the ultimate culinary experience. Throughout the evening you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the recipes, food preparation and wine pairings, interact with other diners, and best of all, you’ll get a copy of the recipes to take home, so you can re-create your memorable experience for family and friends. Sunday night supper will never be the same again!

All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are! You can expect 2 different wines to sample during reception/demo cooking and three wines paired with your meal.

  • Roasted Autumn Sweet Potato Salad on Peppery Arugula with Warm Candied Bacon Dressing
  • Pan Seared Diver Sea Scallops
  • Green Onion & Sweet Silver Queen Corn Risotto 
  • Toasted Butter Pecan Cheesecake with Browned Butter Crust & Salted Caramel Drizzle

Sunday, February 19th at 6:30 pm:

  • Presentation of Pickled Crudite; Dilled Okra, Fire & Ice and Bread & Butter Cucumbers 
  • Coca-Cola & Brown Sugar Baked Ham 
  • Maple Sweet Potato Souffle with Toasted Walnuts and Marshmallow Brulee
  • Herb Roasted Asparagus
  • Vintage Hummingbird Cake
  • And wines, expertly selected, to accompany Chef's creations.

Sunday, March 12th at 7:00 pm:

  • Braised Beef Roast with Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, Scallion & Thyme Gravy
  • Parmesan & Herb Whipped Red Skin Potatoes
  • Provencal Vegetable Tian
  • Homebaked Sour Cream Biscuits
  • Sweet Dark Cherry Chocolate Cobbler

Sunday, April 23rd at 7:00 pm:

  • Smoked Fresh Water Trout Spread with Salina Capers & Grilled Sourdough Breads

  • Balsamic & Sweet Onion Marinated Skirt Steak
  • Hasselback Roasted Potatoes
